MOREN

I make complex technology easy to say yes to.

I have worked in enterprise SaaS and hardware for over ten years, selling into commercial, public sector, and K-12. I run the technical side of the deal. Discovery, architecture, proof of concept, and the internal tools that speed all of it up.

Who's across the table.

01Operating PrinciplesDOC / PHILOSOPHY

Technology only matters when it solves a real problem for a real person.

P-01

Earn the conversation

A meeting on the calendar is not the same as trust. I do the homework before I show up, and I say so when we are the wrong fit.

P-02

Prove it

Feature tours don't close deals. A proof of concept on the customer's own data does.

P-03

Show, don't tell

A buyer has to picture the thing before they can approve it. So I draw it. Diagrams, demos, working tools, whatever gets the whole room looking at the same thing.

Built for the job.

Tools I designed and built for our sales team. The demos below run the real interfaces on invented data, so you can click through everything without seeing a single customer record.

Building with AI

I use AI tools every day: deal prep, prototypes, the tools above, and this site.

I-02

On & offline

I follow technology closely. I also go outside and put it down for a while, which matters just as much.

Travel

New places reset how I see things. A few recent stops below.
